Each set includes 10 premium press-on nails sized to fit most hands, plus jelly nail glue for easy application.

3. Are the nails reusable?

Yes. With gentle removal and proper care, your ByCandis nails can be reused multiple times.

4. How long do they last once applied?

With jelly glue, your nails typically last 3–7 days, depending on lifestyle and care.

5. Are they easy to remove?

Yes. Simply soak your nails in warm soapy water and lift gently—no damage to your natural nails.

6. Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Spain and France.

7. How much is shipping?

Shipping is free for orders over €39.

For orders under €39, a standard shipping fee applies at checkout.

8. How long will my order take to arrive?

Spain: 2–5 business days

France: 3–7 business days

Handmade products may require a short preparation time before shipping.

9. Can I return or exchange my order?

For hygiene reasons, press-on nails cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.

10. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will assist you as soon as possible.

11. How do I know which size to choose (S/M)?

Both sizes are designed to suit most nail shapes. If you’re unsure, we recommend starting with M, as it offers slightly more coverage and flexibility.
