Returns & Refunds

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nail products, ByCandis does not accept returns or exchanges as a general rule.

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or presents a manufacturing defect, customers are encouraged to contact the studio within 7 days of receiving the order.
Each case will be reviewed individually, taking into account the nature of the issue and the characteristics of handmade production.

Depending on the situation, an appropriate solution may be offered, which may include a replacement, adjustment or refund.
The specific resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns based on personal preference or change of mind are not accepted.
